Blackboard
Blackboard is the official course management system at Montclair State University. It can be accessed at https://blackboard.montclair.edu by logging in with your NetID username and password. Its purpose is to provide 24/7 access to course related material, such as course announcements, syllabi, readings, assignments, discussion boards, blogs, journals, wikis, group work and online quizzes and tests.
Blackboard is not only used as a course management system, but also as a Community Management System. Communities are often requested by members of the Campus Community for the purpose of communicating, collaborating, and sharing information. Communities are designed for organizations and administrative work groups.
