Annette Galindo Bio

Annette Galindo, Adjunct Professor of Spanish and Italian, Montclair State University

Annette Galindo received her MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Spanish Education and her BA in Spanish from William Paterson University. She is currently a full-time faculty member at Trinity Preparatory School in Winter Park, Florida.

Annette is also the recipient of the Chesley G. Magruder World Language Endowed Chair at Trinity Preparatory School. Her work focuses on the online teaching and learning experience, developing project based and service learning as well as incorporating global education and travel into the curriculum. She is also an adjunct faculty member at The University of Central Florida where she has been teaching for the past 11 years. At this institution she transitioned from face-to-face teaching to hybrid and currently online teaching. She is also teaching online courses at Montclair State University for the Latin American Studies program. Annette has presented at national conferences such ACTFL, AP Conference 2012 and others.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children and traveling.
